Kares Management, LLC., a staffing company based out of Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a payroll accountant to help process a weekly payroll for our temporary employees.

Primary Responsibilities:

Process payroll for temporary associates. Work with time submittal department and local branches to determine correct hours for employees. Work with AR team to ensure correct billing of hours. Respond to employee concerns about pay discrepancies via phone and email. Assist in other accounting and administrative functions, as needed. Assist timesheet processing for temporary employees payroll, as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements/Qualifications:

At least a High School Diploma or equivalent. At 2 years of payroll processing experience required. Staffing experience a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment. Strong customer service, administrative, and multi-tasking skills. Experience with database programs is a plus.
