Payroll Analyst

Payroll Analyst - ( 2600014O ) Description The Payroll Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for executing payroll processing activities and performing detailed reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. This role follows established payroll procedures, resolves routine to moderately complex issues, and supports audits, reconciliations, and reporting activities. The Payroll Analyst partners with HR, Finance, senior payroll team members, and vendors to maintain accurate payroll records while applying payroll regulations and internal policies within defined guidelines. Qualifications Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum Work Experience 2 years of progressive payroll processing experience required. Experience working with payroll and HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, UKG, or comparable platforms required. Preferred Certifications Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) Certified Payroll Professional Required Skills/Knowledge Working knowledge of payroll legislation, wage-and-hour rules, and pay cycle execution Ability to analyze payroll data and resolve discrepancies with guidance as needed Experience reconciling payroll results and supporting audit activities Proficiency in payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS systems; ability to troubleshoot routine issues Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills to collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools

Salary Range:

$57,200 - $95,347
