PAYROLL & BENEFITS SPECIALIST
Pittsburgh, PA 15090 $70,000 – $75,000 A well-established, employee-focused organization is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their HR team. This is a high-visibility role responsible for full-cycle payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing both operational and compliance-related HR functions.

Payroll & Benefits Specialist Key Responsibilities:
Process and audit bi-weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees, including bonuses and commissions The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will maintain HRIS data integrity and support payroll/benefits system configurations Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, deductions, and vendor coordination Support compliance reporting and filings (including
ACA, 401
(k), EEO-1, and unemployment) The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will generate payroll, benefits, and headcount reports for HR and leadership Serve as primary point of contact for payroll, benefits, HRIS, and leave-related inquiries The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will assist with audits and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulations Qualifications of the
