Job DescriptionJob Description We are partnering with a well-established construction organization to add a Payroll Specialist to their team. What You'll Do Process full-cycle payroll for 175-225 employees Handle union payroll and certified payroll reporting Ensure compliance with prevailing wage and labor requirements Maintain accurate payroll data, including classifications and deductions Partner with accounting/operations to resolve payroll issues Support audits and reporting as needed What We're Looking For 3+ years of payroll experience (construction preferred) Certified payroll / prevailing wage experience Strong understanding of payroll compliance and regulations Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-focused environment Experience with Vista or similar ERP is a plus Why This Role Join a company where people build long-term careers Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment with approachable leadership Gain exposure to complex payroll operations in construction Opportunity to grow your career as the company continues to invest and evolve Strong overall compensation package including bonus and benefits
