Payroll Specialist - Windsor, CO (Hybrid, in-office)
Salary:
$65,000-70,000, depending on experienceBenefits:
Health, dental, vision, and 401K eligible Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage biweekly payroll processing for a multi-state and international workforce. This role is focused exclusively on payroll operations and timekeeping accuracy, offering strong cross-functional exposure and growth opportunities within global payroll administration. Responsibilities Process biweekly payroll for a multi-state and international employee population with accuracy and timeliness Administer payroll through ADP Workforce Now and maintain payroll records and reporting Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and requirements Review, audit, and validate employee time entries for completeness and accuracy Proactively follow up with employees and managers to ensure timely submission and approval of timecards Support PTO tracking, reporting, and payroll-related reconciliations Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting Assist with payroll audits, year-end processing, and payroll documentation maintenance Help improve payroll processes, workflows, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accountability Provide responsive payroll support to employees at all organizational levels, including leadership teams Requirements 3+ years of payroll processing experience, including multi-state payroll administration Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems Strong Excel and systems skills with the ability to manage and analyze payroll data accurately, pivot tables and VLOOKUPs preferred Associate's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related highly preferred Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
