PAYROLL TAX SPECIALIST
As a Payroll Tax Specialist, you'll step into a high-impact, on-site role where your multi-state payroll expertise directly supports a complex, growing organization. This is a hands-on opportunity to own payroll tax accuracy and compliance across a large employee population.
Salary:
$56,160 – $62,400 annually
Location:
Lakewood, CO (On-site)

  • Process, review, and reconcile multi-state payroll taxes across a large employee base
  • Perform payroll tax calculations, including manual adjustments when required
  • Research and resolve payroll tax discrepancies and filing issues
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
  • Support backlog cleanup and special payroll tax projects Qualifications for the
Payroll Tax Specialist:
  • 2–3 years of payroll or payroll tax experience
  • Proven experience with multi-state payroll tax compliance
  • Hands-on payroll tax calculation and reconciliation experience
