  • Part-time, Full-time Overview We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated PCA/HHA Caregivers to provide high-quality in-home and community-based care to individuals with diverse needs.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others and committed to promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Our caregivers support seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those with developmental challenges by delivering personalized care in a safe and supportive environment. This is a paid position offering a rewarding and professional career path. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Monitor and report changes in client condition, including vital signs and overall health status Provide safe mobility assistance, including transfers and use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts Offer companionship and emotional support, especially for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease Prepare meals according to dietary needs and assist with light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, meal prep) Provide medication reminders in accordance with care plans and maintain HIPAA compliance Collaborate with care teams and family members to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care Qualifications & Skills Experience in home care, senior care, or working with individuals with disabilities preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, dementia care, hospice care, and catheter care is a plus Ability to observe, document, and respond to changes in client condition Strong communication and interpersonal skills CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain) Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care settings is highly desirable Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional care Why Join Us?
