We're looking for a PCB Designer to join our team and help bring cutting-edge designs from concept to production. What You'll Do Design and develop PCB layouts for RF filters and electronic devices. Perform board layout tasks including sizing, component placement, signal routing, and power/ground plane design. Create and validate component footprints, routing traces, and ensure manufacturability, performance, and reliability. Maintain PCB documentation including layouts, Gerbers, population files, and BOMs. Release CAD drawing packages for supplier and production use. Work closely with electrical engineers, manufacturing partners, and supplier technical staff. Participate in part and tooling design reviews. Maintain and update the component library (PCAD Library). Provide technical support to purchasing and other cross-functional teams. Communicate project progress, issues, and updates effectively with team members and leadership. What We're Looking For Associate's degree in a technical discipline (BSEE or equivalent preferred). 5+ years of experience in PCB design and layout. Proficiency with professional-grade PCB design tools (PCAD & Altium preferred). Strong understanding of electronic components and circuit behavior. Experience with RF filter design is a plus.
