RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow process work instructions Prepares router for job Verify tools and materials with specifications on traveler and blueprint Enters proper parameters for job into machine Operate and monitor operation Perform special fabrication operations Perform measurements to assure dimensional requirements are met Operate score machine Complete first article report and/or

AS9102 FAIR

if required Update job in Prototrak, initial or sign and date traveler gate(s), and move job to next department Perform material prep process when required Notifies supervisor of machine or job problems Maintain clean work area

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to read a traveler, program sheet and blueprints. Ability to fill out traveler and log Ability to complete job-associated paperwork clearly and effectively.
