What You'll Do Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home Monitor vitals, administer medications, and perform treatments Support patients and families through compassionate care Complete simple real-time charting during your shift What We're Looking For Active Illinois RN or LPN license CPR certification (we can help) Compassionate, dependable nurses New grads encouraged to apply No pediatric home care experience?
