About the Clinician's Workday The pediatric hospitalist will provide comprehensive inpatient coverage for all pediatric admissions and conduct daily rounds for admitted hospital patients including medical/surgical/ICU units. The clinician will manage day shift, night shift, and call responsibilities while providing consultations for obstetric cases when requested. Essential duties include patient assessments, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate documentation through electronic medical record systems. The position requires managing both routine pediatric cases and critical situations requiring immediate intervention with continuous availability for emergency pediatric needs.
