Key Skills & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure (or eligibility) and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Strong pediatrics background, with school-based SLP experience ideal Comfortable supporting students in teletherapy or onsite settings as needed Supervision and support available for Clinical Fellows (CFY) Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
Responsibilities Include:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for school-aged children Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that meet student goals and IEP requirements Deliver engaging therapy sessions through in-person and/or teletherapy formats Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff for holistic student progress Monitor student advancement, adjust approaches as necessary, and maintain thorough records Participate in IEP meetings, parent consultations, and professional development initiatives
