Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for the 2026-27 school year, working directly with elementary students as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist. This position is ideal for SLPs holding either CCC or CFY credentials who are passionate about working in school settings and supporting pediatric populations. Your expertise will make a meaningful impact by helping students overcome communication challenges to reach their full academic and social potential.
Key Qualifications:
Valid SLP license with either Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility Experience working with pediatric or elementary-aged students preferred Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and documentation standards Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of approximately 45-50 elementary students, delivering individualized and group therapy sessions Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement IEP goals in partnership with educational teams and families Maintain accurate progress notes and compliance with school and state guidelines Collaborate with educators, administrators, and caregivers to support student success Enjoy the satisfaction of seeing your efforts transform the classroom experience for students in a supportive setting.
