Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting students for the 2026-2027 school year. This position focuses on providing teletherapy services (VOCO SLP) for pediatric populations, working 3-4 days per week. You'll have the chance to work alongside educators and families, using your expertise to help students develop crucial communication and language skills.
Key Experience and Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Demonstrated experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads Proficient in delivering teletherapy services; comfortable with digital platforms Expertise in assessment, intervention, and IEP documentation in educational settings Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with parents, staff, and students Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments via teletherapy Deliver engaging, individualized therapy sessions for students in virtual settings Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and progress Collaborate closely with teachers, special education teams, and families Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation Participate in virtual IEP meetings and provide consultation as needed Track student outcomes and adjust therapy plans to ensure ongoing progress Enjoy the flexibility of part-time teletherapy, allowing for meaningful work/life balance while making a positive impact.
