Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of students by providing expert speech-language services in a school-based setting for the upcoming 26/27 academic year. This full-time contract role focuses on working with pediatric populations, offering the chance to foster communication development and support educational growth within a collaborative environment. Your expertise in Speech-Language Pathology will help shape individualized student plans, conduct effective assessments, and deliver tailored interventions designed to meet diverse learning needs. Candidates seeking their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) as well as those with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start Experience with pediatric caseloads in educational or healthcare settings preferred SLP-CFYs and experienced SLP-CCCs both welcome Strong interpersonal, documentation, and time-management skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language needs Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and small group settings Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with all regulatory standards Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for student supports This contract offers competitive weekly pay on a W2 basis, along with a variety of health and life insurance plans, CEU reimbursement, and 401(k) options, including company matching.
