Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a positive impact on students' lives by providing expert speech-language therapy services in a virtual setting for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract role offers a flexible schedule of 3-4 days per week, allowing you to deliver essential support to school-aged children while enjoying professional autonomy. Ideal candidates bring both certification and a passion for pediatric speech-language pathology, with the ability to work independently in teletherapy environments. Your expertise will play a vital role in the academic and personal growth of students across multiple grade levels.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Previous experience with pediatric populations, preferably in educational settings Skilled in providing virtual/teletherapy services Familiarity with school-based documentation, IEP processes, and caseload management Strong communication and organization skills; comfortable collaborating with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication and language disorders Provide direct teletherapy interventions to meet IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students' academic and social progress Accurately document therapy sessions, progress reports, and maintain case files in compliance with regulations Attend virtual meetings or consultations as requested by school teams
