Job Description

About the Role We are a growing residential design and remodeling company with a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and customer experience. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing Installer (3+ years experience) to join our Production team and support the hands-on execution of plumbing installations across residential remodeling and service projects. This is a field-based, hands-on trade role focused on the physical installation, modification, and replacement of plumbing systems. You will be the driving force behind plumbing production work- cutting, fitting, assembling, and installing plumbing systems to code and company standards. You'll work closely under the direction of a Field Supervisor II - Plumbing Focus, contributing directly to job site progress, quality, and safety. Pay will depend on experience and status of license.
You Will Be Responsible For:
Installing plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and related components Measuring, cutting, assembling, and fitting pipe systems using hand and power tools Assisting with demolition and removal of existing plumbing systems when needed Loading, transporting, and organizing materials, tools, and equipment for job sites Completing installations according to project plans, specifications, and Michigan plumbing codes Maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites at all times Protecting client property throughout all phases of work Communicating material needs, delays, or issues to the Field Supervisor II promptly Supporting inspections by preparing job sites and ensuring readiness Troubleshooting basic installation issues and escalating complex problems appropriately Uploading job site photos and progress updates as required Following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE Maintaining tools and equipment in proper working condition You're a

Have worked a minimum of 3 years as an apprentice, or have your journeyman license Have experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Bring a strong work ethic, reliability, and positive team attitude Communicate well and take direction from supervisors Are detail-oriented and committed to quality workmanship Can perform physically demanding work in varied environments Hold a valid driver's license with a good driving record Align with core values of professionalism, teamwork, and accountability
Education & Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly on the job Regular and reliable attendance required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces Ability to lift up to 75 lbs or more Comfortable working in wet, dirty, tight, or variable field conditions Ability to travel between job sites Strong physical stamina for full-day manual labor Why Join Us?
