Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates welcome Experience with pediatric populations, ideally in a school or healthcare environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Deliver direct therapy services tailored to each student's needs Maintain accurate documentation on evaluations, treatment sessions, and student progress Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide insights for academic planning Engage with parents, educators, and other school personnel to facilitate student success Promote inclusive practices within classrooms and throughout the school community
