Job Description

Key Qualifications:
Active and valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain) Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong clinical fellows (CFY) will be considered Recent experience working in pediatric and/or school settings Proficiency in administering evaluations, developing IEPs, and providing both individual and group therapy Comfortable leveraging technology for teletherapy sessions as needed Collaborative attitude to work closely with teachers, support staff, and families Strong organizational and communication skills
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication disorder assessments for diverse caseloads Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct therapy for students, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms Maintain accurate and timely progress documentation in accordance with school and licensing requirements Consult and collaborate with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in professional development opportunities as appropriate for school-based clinical practice This contract offers the chance to work with a dedicated team, utilize your SLP skills in a meaningful way, and explore different modalities of therapy.
