Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for practicing Speech-Language Pathology Prior experience with school-aged children and familiarity with IEP processes Strong clinical skills in speech, language, and communication disorders Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Creative, compassionate, and flexible in approaching each student's needs
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a broad range of speech, language, and communication challenges Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing input and progress reports Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to support student outcomes Maintain accurate records of evaluations, interventions, and progress Provide consultation and training for school staff and parents as needed Uphold ethical and professional standards within the school setting This role offers you an engaging school community, professional growth, and the chance to positively shape students' educational journeys.
