Pediatric School Speech Pathology | Greenwich, Connecticut Soliant - 3.9 Greenwich, CT Job Details Full-time $40.92 - $60.92 an hour Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting preschoolers as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist in a welcoming educational setting. Bring your expertise in school-based and pediatric speech-language therapy to a collaborative environment and make a meaningful contribution to children aged 3-4 as they embark on their early learning journeys. Working closely with a friendly and supportive staff, you'll take the lead on a manageable caseload of 13 students, providing targeted services from now through the end of the school year.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP licensure and ASHA CCCs or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility Experience with pediatric populations, ideally in a school or early childhood setting Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus, though not required Strong communication skills and a collaborative spiritKey Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy to preschool students, focusing on individual goals and early childhood milestones Conduct thorough initial evaluations to identify student needs, strengths, and areas for growth Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with teaching and support staff Provide direct therapy three days per week, reserving two days for completing initial assessments Maintain detailed, timely documentation of student progress and compliance with all school policies Engage with families and educators to support student developmentPerks Include:
