Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of students by bringing your expertise in speech-language pathology to a vibrant school environment. This contract role centers on providing essential speech therapy services to pediatric populations, helping young learners develop vital communication skills that set the foundation for their academic and personal success. You'll have the chance to work alongside dedicated educators and support teams, collaborating to create customized treatment plans and deliver interventions that are both engaging and impactful.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Experience with pediatric and school-age clients Strong communication and organizational abilities Passion for helping children overcome communication challenges
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs Administer assessments and interpret results to inform intervention goals Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals Document progress and maintain accurate records for each student Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and offer professional input Foster a supportive, motivating, and inclusive environment for all students
