• Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire A full-time Pharmacy Manager opportunity is available at a retail pharmacy located in Mifflinburg, PA.

This direct hire position requires strong leadership skills to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a high standard of patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate a collaborative partnership with the store operations team to drive associate engagement and communicate departmental strategy. Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance with Drug Utilization Review and quality assurance consistent with state and federal regulations. Manage business growth by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Collaborate with district management in inventory control and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand and maximize profitability. Align departmental performance to key metrics analyzing effectiveness and efficiency. Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, including conducting training, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Maintain security of the pharmacy and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Liaise with physicians and reference materials to resolve prescription-related issues. Keep the pharmacy clean, organized, and manage cycle counts, inventory, and will-calls efficiently. Prioritize and complete all pharmacy tasks promptly.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm D degree. Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License. Current Pennsylvania Immunization License. Proven leadership experience in pharmacy management is highly valued. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Schedule:

62 hours bi-weekly. Variable day and afternoon shifts. Typical shifts range from 10 to 12 hours, for example:

• 10-hour shifts: 9am
• 7pm
• 11-hour shifts: 9am
• 8pm
• 12-hour shifts: 8am
• 8pm or 9am
