Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Norwood Young America, MN. This contract role offers the opportunity to work in a school environment, supporting pediatric students with speech and language needs. The position starts ASAP and extends through the end of the school year, with a strong possibility for renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student success Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to school district and professional standards Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff
Qualifications:
Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) Experience working with pediatrics and school-aged populations Completion or willingness to accept candidates in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work full-time, on-site in a school setting
