Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving students in a dynamic school environment near Osseo, MN, beginning August 24, 2026, through June 4, 2027. This position offers a 37.5-hour workweek, supporting a diverse caseload of approximately 55 students, with a focus on middle and high school populations. This role welcomes professionals with a range of backgrounds, whether you are an experienced SLP-CCC, a new graduate pursuing CFY, or have extensive experience in pediatric or school-based speech-language pathology.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure or the ability to obtain it before the start date ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Previous experience with school-aged populations preferred, particularly with middle and high school students Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to manage a flexible caseload and adapt to varying student needs
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students across a range of needs Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Monitor student progress and maintain thorough and timely documentation Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support student achievement Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on student goals and progress This is an excellent contract role for those passionate about making a real difference in students' lives while building collaborative relationships within a supportive educational setting.
