Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students from PreK through 12th grade as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in pediatric and school-based settings, whether fully credentialed or in their Clinical Fellowship Year. You'll make a meaningful difference in students' communication abilities and academic success throughout the school year.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or actively pursuing CFY Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Commitment to supporting diverse learning needs
Core Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from preschool through high school Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to optimize student progress Conduct ongoing evaluations and adjust intervention strategies as needed Maintain effective documentation of student progress and IEP compliance
