Job Description

Category Schools - SLP - CFY Job Type All Job Types Embark on a rewarding role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP or CFY) for the 2026-2027 school year in a picturesque region offering a vibrant blend of city amenities and abundant opportunities for outdoor adventures. This on-site position welcomes both full and part-time professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people. Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active New Mexico NMRLD license (or eligibility to obtain by start date) NMPED certification, or eligibility/pending status at time of hire Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and CCC-SLPs Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged students Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each learner's needs Collaborate with educators and family members to support students' academic and social success Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning Adapt therapy approaches based on specific caseload and age preferences
