Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity serving students for the 2026-2027 school year in a vibrant educational environment near Juliaetta, ID. This contract position seeks three dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists who are committed to making a lasting difference in children's lives through in-person support. You'll be stepping into a role where your expertise is needed—our current SLP is retiring and has built a reputation for high-touch care, with a robust caseload of students requiring onsite services. Position placement and caseload will depend on departmental needs with efforts to maintain manageable caseloads of 50-60 to ensure high-quality, personalized attention. Openings exist across elementary, middle, and high school levels, each with their own established school schedules: elementary (7:30-4), middle (7:45-4), and high school (8:30-4). Flexibility in placement offers a unique opportunity to specify your preferred grade level environment.
Desired Experience and Skills:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology with valid state licensure or eligibility ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status Experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred Familiarity with IEP planning, student assessments, and goal development Commitment to fully in-person, on-site service (no teletherapy or remote work) Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organization skills
