Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current ID RN or valid multi-state compact nursing license (must accompany application) BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association (must be attached to submission) Minimum of 2 years recent stepdown/PCU RN experience Strong critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership abilities in acute care Proven ability to prioritize patient needs and delegate tasks appropriately
Key Responsibilities:
Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to PCU patients Utilize advanced clinical judgment to anticipate and plan for safe care delivery Stay current with continuing education to maintain and build clinical competencies Delegate care priorities and provide supervision to assigned healthcare personnel Effectively contribute to interdisciplinary healthcare teams
