Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license (required) CCC-SLP strongly preferred; candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will also be considered Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy and pediatric populations Comfortable collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families Skills in teletherapy and in-person therapy models Ability to serve students with varied disabilities and unique communication needs Role responsibilities: Deliver speech and language services to K-8 students across two campuses Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed Communicate effectively with educators and caregivers to support student learning Flex between multiple sites and manage a balanced caseload of elementary and secondary students This contract position follows a standard Monday-Friday schedule, totaling 35 hours per week, and provides a rewarding chance to shape young lives through direct intervention and collaboration.
