Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact supporting students' communication growth in a dynamic school-based setting. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity is an excellent match for dedicated SLPs (including SLP-CCC and CFY) or skilled SLPAs passionate about working in pediatric and educational environments. You'll provide speech and language services to middle school and upper elementary students, collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team to enhance student outcomes. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise working with school-aged children, a solid understanding of therapeutic best practices, and adaptability to serve diverse student needs across the caseload spectrum.
Qualifications & Experience Sought:
Active state licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or teletherapy settings highly valued Strong knowledge of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and data-driven decision-making Ability to build rapport with students and collaborate with educators, families, and staff Commitment to evidence-based interventions and inclusive practices Excellent organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services for students in middle and upper elementary grades Conduct screenings, comprehensive evaluations, and contribute to IEP planning and meetings Develop individualized treatment goals rooted in assessment findings and educational needs Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and compliance with school policies Partner with teachers and parents to support carryover of strategies within the classroom environment Participate in multidisciplinary team collaboration, professional development, and ongoing training initiatives If you're eager to create positive change and help students achieve their communication goals, this is your opportunity to shine.
