Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference by supporting students in a school-based setting near Jersey Shore, PA. This contract opportunity is designed for Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about working with pediatric populations and ready to collaborate with educators and families to help children thrive.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain) Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy Excellent communication and documentation skills Comfortable with Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and participation Ability to build rapport with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver a full range of speech and language services to students in grades K-12 Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students' educational goals Participate in IEP meetings, team evaluations, and staff trainings Provide both group and individualized therapy as outlined in students' IEPs Maintain up-to-date records in accordance with state, federal, and district requirements Offer consultative support and resources to fellow staff and families Enjoy the reward of making a direct impact on student success while working in a supportive educational environment.
