Thursday Qualifications:

Current, active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification is required Minimum of 2 years' recent experience as an RRT with visible experience listed on your resume Demonstrated knowledge of acute respiratory therapy, ventilation management, and emergency intervention Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to patient-centered care and adherence to all safety protocols Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to acute and critical care patients Administer, monitor, and evaluate respiratory therapies including oxygen delivery, mechanical ventilation, and airway management Perform respiratory assessments and interpret diagnostic tests Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and families on proper breathing techniques and equipment usage Maintain meticulous patient records in accordance with facility policies Respond swiftly to respiratory emergencies and implement appropriate interventions This position offers the chance to make a significant difference in patient care while working overnight shifts that allow for work-life balance.
