Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year providing dedicated speech-language services to an elementary student population with mild to moderate disabilities. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP-CCC or in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) California SLP licensure or eligibility required Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Familiarity with addressing mild to moderate disabilities in a school context Experience with IEPs and progress monitoring
Responsibilities:
Provide therapy and consultation services to approximately 55 elementary students Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on goal-setting Document student progress and maintain records in accordance with school and legal standards Support teachers and staff with resources and in-service trainings as needed Engage with families regarding student growth and at-home strategies You'll thrive in a schedule that complements the academic year while advancing your expertise in school-based pediatric care.
