Key qualifications and experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program California licensure or eligibility ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply; supervision available School-based experience or strong interest in working with elementary-age students Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills Responsibilities include: Deliver comprehensive evaluations, therapy, and case management for an elementary school caseload Develop and implement IEPs aligned with student needs and school standards Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development Provide both direct and consultative services based on IEP goals Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and compliance documentation This position provides exposure to a wide range of speech and language challenges, giving you opportunities to grow professionally in a supportive educational setting.
