Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a significant impact supporting students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant school-based setting near Bristol, VT. This opportunity is designed for professionals dedicated to empowering children's communication, language, and social skills in an educational environment.
Qualifications:
Active Vermont SLP license Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Experience in a school setting is a plus, but open to those new to schools, including Clinical Fellows (CFY) CCC-SLP preferred, but not required Strong commitment to pediatric and school-based care Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of communication disorders Develop individualized treatment plans suited to each student's needs and IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to enhance student progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning Provide direct therapy to students individually or in groups Keep accurate records and progress documentation in compliance with school and professional standards
