Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 26-27 school year! This is a fulfilling contract opportunity working in-person with students at the elementary level, specifically supporting a caseload of approximately 40-45 students. Your expertise will enrich a collaborative environment, joining a dedicated team of two full-time SLPs. While you'll focus mainly on inclusion students, a supportive colleague at the site is available to cover the majority of complex student needs, allowing you to focus on supportive, direct therapy and enriching the students' daily experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Active or eligible SLP state license CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) accepted Pediatric, school-based SLP experience is valued Commitment to team collaboration, communication, and compassionate care
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy and intervention services to elementary school students, primarily those in inclusion settings Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and the other SLP to ensure students achieve their speech and language goals Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements Contribute to a positive, supportive, and dynamic school team culture
