Warehouse Worker Overview:

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Forklift Operator and become an essential part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you'll operate various Diesel and Propane forklifts to efficiently load, unload, and move materials throughout our facility. Your skills in warehouse management systems and materials handling will ensure smooth shipping and receiving processes—supporting our commitment to timely delivery and inventory accuracy. This is an exciting opportunity to use your mechanical knowledge and experience in heavy equipment operation in a fast-paced environment that values safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate multiple types of forklifts (Diesel and Propane) Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic repairs or notify maintenance of mechanical issues Assist with order picking using PERSON pickers and other equipment to fulfill customer orders accurately Manage materials handling tasks, including stacking pallets, organizing inventory, and storing materials properly Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards at all times Regularly hand-load hoses, steel fittings, and cable into bins and onto trucks/trailers for small orders Lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly as required by the position

Qualifications:

Proven experience operating heavy equipment, especially forklifts, in a warehouse or distribution environment Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory control and order processing Solid understanding of OSHA regulations related to warehouse distribution, materials handling, and heavy equipment operation Ability to work reliably and willingly outside in varying weather conditions Previous experience in shipping/receiving, order picking, or warehouse supervision desired Capable of performing basic math for inventory counts and weight measurements Physically able to handle prolonged standing, walking, and frequent heavy lifting 10210356 Share this job Copied url To save a job sign in or get started To apply for this job email your details to I want more jobs like this in my inbox.
