Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference supporting students as a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist two days per week in a school-based contract role near Cranston, RI. Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license for Rhode Island Bilingual skills required Experience with pediatric and school-based populations Teletherapy experience is a plus Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY); no SLPAs, please Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and ongoing assessments for students with communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and appropriate therapy interventions Deliver in-person and/or teletherapy speech and language services consistent with best practices Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote academic and social development Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and participate in IEP team meetings as needed Provide culturally responsive care to a diverse student population
