This facility is seeking a Pediatric Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule:

M-F, 12-hour, Day shifts at Miller Family Campus and Salt Lake go from 0600-1800 and night shifts from 1800-0600

Practice Setting:

Inpatient, 2 sites Type of cases and required procedures: Drain removal - chest tubes, surgically placed drains (Blake, JP, Penrose), Gastric tube replacement, Dilation of gastrostomy tracts, Repair of simple lacerations, Anal dilations, Rectal irrigations, First assist in OR when needed Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Certifications required: Must be board certified, must have Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Licensure required: Utah license preferred, but will accept Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) candidates
