Employee Position Overview We are a newly established pediatric primary care practice that is acquiring an active panel of approximately 5,000 pediatric patients. We are seeking an additional Pediatrician to help manage patient demand, build their own patient panel, and play an integral role in the growth and development of the practice. This position is ideal for a provider who enjoys outpatient pediatrics, values flexibility, and is interested in growing alongside a developing practice. Experienced providers are preferred; new graduate physicians will be considered. Schedule & Work Hours Full-time position preferred, part-time option available 32 hours/week of clinical time 8 hours/week of administrative time (remote; not required to be onsite) Flexible weekday scheduling (Monday-Friday) Opportunity for partnership in future available Providers may select their preferred schedule Must cover: At least one evening shift (until 6:00 PM), Fridays until 12:00 PM Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care including: Well-child visits, Sick visits, Follow-up visits, Chronic Health Management, Mental health consultations, Telehealth visits Average patient volume: 3-5 patients per hour, based on visit type Newborn care (outpatient) Review and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies Complete required forms: School, camp, and daycare forms; FMLA and other family-requested documentation Review outside medical records, specialty notes, and hospital documentation Conduct patient callbacks and follow-ups to ensure continuity and quality of care Participate in rotating call coverage with other provider - Call duties are phone-based triage only (ER referral, office follow-up, or home management) Compensation & Benefits (Employee Status) Competitive Base Salary Malpractice insurance provided CME allowance

Minimum 5 years of pediatric primary care experience New graduate physicians welcome to apply

Already credentialed with Medicaid and other major insurers Not required — candidates not yet credentialed will also be considered Strong communication skills and interest in helping grow a developing practice

Job Types:

$120,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
