About the practice Independently owned and physician-governed you have a voice in how we grow Established clinic locations with strong, loyal patient panels throughout Phoenix Collaborative, mentorship-oriented culture with experienced physicians on staff Modern EHR platform with in-office labs and telehealth capability Committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to children and families Position highlights Outpatient general pediatrics, ages newborn through 21 Well-child, sick visits, and adolescent care no inpatient or ER call required Shared after-hours call rotation (1:6 or better) with dedicated triage support Partnership track available after 2 years for qualifying physicians Manageable panel size quality over volume is our philosophy Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatrics (ABP or AOBP) Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain prior to start Strong interpersonal skills and genuine passion for pediatric care New graduates completing residency in warmly encouraged to apply
