We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist interested in combining orthopedic and sports rehabilitation with pelvic floor therapy in a modern, mentorship-driven environment. Our treatment model allows therapists to treat a diverse caseload including pelvic floor, orthopedic, and sports patients, creating a dynamic and rewarding clinical experience while avoiding burnout from treating only one specialty. We are especially excited to connect with therapists who have an interest in treating male pelvic floor patients, as this is an important and growing need within our community. What We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for NJ licensure) Passion for individualized patient care and clinical growth Interest in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and/or pelvic floor therapy Interest in treating both female and male pelvic floor patients is highly valued Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset New graduates and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply Pelvic Floor Training & Mentorship If pelvic floor therapy is an area of interest but you do not yet have experience, we provide: Structured pelvic floor mentorship Paid coursework and continuing education support Hands-on training and clinical guidance Collaborative learning environment with ongoing support We are committed to helping motivated clinicians develop into confident pelvic floor specialists while continuing to grow their orthopedic and sports skillset.
