Per Diem Nurse Practitioner Mobile Advanced Wound Care (Vermont)

Nurse Practitioner Job Description We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide mobile advanced wound care services for patients in their homes and/or in Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Vermont . This is a per diem, 1099 contractor position ideal for an independent practitioner who values flexibility and patient-centered care.

Required:

Active NP License in the state Availability Monday-Friday, 9 a.m•5 p.m. (per diem schedule flexible) Pass all background checks Comfortable with wound care Patient•focused, caring bedside manner Excellent communication skills, professional work ethic, comfortable with technology Wound Care/ Skilled Nursing Facility/Home Care experience preferred

Pay:
