Review and verify medication orders specifically for infusion therapies Oversee preparation and dispensing of sterile compounded medications Ensure compliance with USP and standards for sterile compounding Provide clinical support and drug information to pharmacy staff and patients Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain efficient workflow and uphold patient safety Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
