Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist - Retail Job Type Per Diem A retail pharmacist position is available on a per diem basis, providing critical support across a network of four independently owned pharmacies in the Atlanta metro area. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a part-time floater position, covering up to 30-35 hours per week across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense prescription medications and provide counseling to a diverse patient base Manage pharmacy operations including handling specialty medications and packaging for mail or courier delivery Utilize PrimeRX software to process prescriptions efficiently (experience preferred) Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and ensure quality patient care Collaborate effectively with pharmacy staff across all locations to ensure seamless service delivery

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of retail pharmacy experience Comfortable working independently and floating between multiple pharmacy sites Strong communication skills for interacting with a diverse population of patients Familiarity with specialty medication handling is a plus

Schedule:

Hours typically from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Flexible per diem schedule with the potential to increase hours as role expands
