Seeking a Per Diem Urgent Care physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join a dynamic Immediate Care team at the Providence Hawks Prairie clinic in Lacey, Washington. Walk-in services are provided at clinic locations in Hawks Prairie, Lacey, and West Olympia, which house onsite labs, radiology, and more. Per Diem opportunity Opportunity includes outpatient care only 10-hour shifts Compensation is $64.33 and $87.38 per hour The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
