This per diem opportunity is available from June through September, covering weekend shifts that support both long-term care and retail pharmacy needs.

Location:

Walker, MN Schedule:

Saturdays and Sundays 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive pharmacological services including dispensing, reviewing prescriptions, and advising patients and healthcare providers. Support long-term care pharmacy operations alongside retail pharmacy functions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation. Participate in immunization administration and other patient care initiatives as needed.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Licensed Pharmacist with a PharmD degree preferred. Experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy settings. Immunization Certification and CPR Certification required. Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is highly desirable. Strong communication and organizational skills to manage diverse pharmacy duties independently.
