Per Diem Retail Pharmacist - Mount Gilead, Ohio

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem Support a community health center pharmacy in Mount Gilead, OH, by providing vacation coverage for one week in a per diem pharmacist role. This position involves delivering essential retail pharmacy services within a managed community setting. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM, from June 22 to June 26.

Location:

Mount Gilead, Ohio (approximately 1 hour north of Columbus, OH)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Perform typical retail pharmacist duties including dispensing, counseling, and medication management Collaborate effectively with a strong pharmacy technician team Utilize pharmacy management systems, preferably Rx30 (experience with Rx30 is preferred but not required) Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including 340B program requirements when applicable

Desired Qualifications:

Licensed Pharmacist in Ohio (OH license required) Retail pharmacy experience is required Prior experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or 340B pharmacy environment is highly preferred, though not mandatory Strong communication and organizational skills
