Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist - Retail Job Type Per Diem A community health center pharmacy seeks a per diem pharmacist to provide vacation coverage from Monday, June 22 to Friday, June 26, with shifts from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. This role is based in Mount Gilead, OH, approximately one hour north of Columbus. This position requires a licensed pharmacist in Ohio with retail pharmacy experience. Previous experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or 340B program setting is highly preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with the Rx30 pharmacy system is beneficial, though training can be provided. The pharmacist will be supported by a strong pharmacy technician team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform typical retail pharmacy duties, including dispensing medications, counseling patients, and maintaining accurate records Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations Collaborate effectively with pharmacy staff to provide high-quality patient care Maintain inventory and assist with pharmacy operations as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

Current Ohio pharmacist license (required) Retail pharmacy experience is essential Prior experience in an FQHC or 340B setting is a plus Knowledge of Rx30 pharmacy system preferred
